Joe Mendonca
Co-founder, CEO
Joe Mendonca is long-time entrepreneur in the consulting and professional services industry with 30+ years of business start-up and organizational development experience. He has extensive experience in building and growing information technology, healthcare, and life sciences consulting firms organically from the ground up for prominent private and publicly traded companies through out his career. As the CEO of Navitec, he brings his extensive expertise and visionary leadership to drive the company’s growth initiatives and future success.
Tyler Tenpas
Co-founder, VP of Sales
Tyler Tenpas is a seasoned professional in the consulting and professional services industry, specializing in information technology business development and operations. With 15 years of experience, Tyler has successfully established and led multiple National IT Practices for prominent organizations including Robert Half International and Oxford International. Currently serving as the VP of Sales at Navitec, Tyler leverages his industry knowledge to provide exceptional service and value to our clients, while spearheading the company’s sales growth initiatives.
Erich Strotbeck
Co-founder, VP of Operations
Erich Strotbeck is a co-founder and Vice President at Navitec, bringing over 30 years of business management and operations experience, with a focus on IT professional services for the past decade. Known for his hands-on approach, Erich excels in driving business growth through strategic processes, relationship cultivation, and effective people management. Prior to joining Navitec, Erich held the position of Vice President of Operations at HIMS Consulting Group, where he successfully managed business development and operations.
